We always try to give our house the comfort to give our guest the opportunity to give away tension and stress, with our hospitality and a growing and regenerating nature. In a pathway of four garden terraces, you find 27 rooms, the restaurant, the kitchen, the halls and the reception. The structure is created to give an independent entrance for most of the rooms and gives the freedom of "our home" even though you are in a hotel, that is very appreciated from families and required from who wish to have a small corner to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of our gulf; every rooms has heating and air-conditioning, ceiling ventilator, TV -sat, telephone with Pc connection. | ||||

| We have special attention to the choice and preparations of the food, to offer the flavour of our land respecting the genuine and lightness. Breakfast, with no limitation, is served from a buffet our Guest have a full range of products offered: fresh and cooked fruits, fruit salads, fruits juices , fresh yogurt, brioche, bread choices, cheeses and salami, best jams, surprise bakery , with all the hot beverages. Dinner, a considered gastronomic level, give you three menu choices, one of them always with Elba fresh fish on the base. Lunch and Dinner have a rich buffet of vegetables salads and fantasies dishes. Once a week ( from middle of June to middle of September) we organize a beautiful garden dinner with music with no extra charge, to spend a nice and funny evening, always respecting each one privacy. For our little guest we have a special kitchen and service. The children menu is prepare apart and serve half an hour before the main meals. | ||||

Who wants to know the island in details we have possibility of organize excursions through trekking, mountain biking, snorkelling and kayak with specialized guide prepared to help you understanding the real essence of our land. Sensible to your welfare in harmony with the ambient that surround us we eliminated aluminium; our drink is only served in glass or biodegradable materials or recyclables. The cleaning product are rigorously made from biodegradable materials, soap with pure vegetables oils from palms and coconut. Our paper is ecologic, the lighting is made from low energetic consume bulbs, but the most of our effort was on the optimize the consume of water with an implant of recycling that gives power the recuperation of heat for the hot sanitarian water and hot air .and air conditioning.
